Qualification and Experience: a) should be a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in discrete manufacturing domain, preferably Airconditioning & Refrigeration field. Most of his experiences should be in GCC region countries and in shop floor management. Execution should be his forte and basic understanding on Toyota Production systems/ Lean manufacturing, 6 sigma approach etc. Ability to work with teams is must. Problem solving techniques and resolution knowledge is must
Key responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Business Development:
- Spearhead the customer acquisition strategy, identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Develop a pipeline of high-value prospects and drive lead generation activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business offerings.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Consultative Sales & Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in dealing with automotive or general engineering domain customers in areas of Business Development, Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and winning new business.
- Strong expertise in B2B sales, consultative selling, and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Education & Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering and qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Compensation:
- Compensation will consist of base salary and participation in equity.
